Tidy Planet Energy has a range of sustainable, renewable and recovered energy products including biomass boilers, energy from waste systems, high efficiency boilers.

Biomass Boilers – With sizes from 300kW to 30MW in our range of commercial biomass boilers, we offer systems to produce hot water, steam, thermal oil, and hot gases for commercial applications. These systems can be fuelled by conventional wood-based fuels including wood pellets and wood chips or alternatively they can use recovered waste biomass fuels, including Grade C and D waste wood or agricultural fuels such as straw, olive wastes and other agricultural residues.

Energy from Waste boilers – Designed specifically to use waste residues such as Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) and Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF), the range of sizes from 3MW to 30MW covers most small and medium scale requirements from 5,000 to 150,000 tonnes of waste per year. These systems can produce hot water, steam, and thermal oil for commercial and industrial uses, as well as power generation.

Fuel Preparation and Storage – In addition to the boilers, we can offer you a range of fuel preparation and storage options to suit your application to ensure that your fuel is suitability conditioned and stored for use in the combustion system. Size reduction, contamination removal and moisture level reduction are some of the solutions we can incorporate into your system. Once conditioned we can provide you with a range of fuel storage options including hydraulic moving floor bunkers to drive in Toploader bulk storage bays with the capacity to suit your application.

Flue gas abatement – Either as a standalone upgrade to your existing system or part of a new one, we can offer you a range of flue gas particulate abatement systems from Electro Static Precipitators (ESP) and Bag filtration to the most efficient ceramic flue gas filtration systems. In addition to the particulate removal solutions, we offer systems to reduce the levels of other pollutants such as SCR and SNCR NOx reduction systems, acid gas abatement systems and activated carbon systems to remove heavy metals, dioxins, and furans.

High Efficiency boilers – Our range of traditional fossil fuel boilers we provide have been developed to maximise the efficiency and reduce fuel consumption to meet the latest environmental regulations. The high efficiency boilers are available to produce hot water, steam, and thermal oil for commercial and industrial applications. In sizes from 300kW to 30MW, we have a boiler to suit your requirements.
