With organic and food wastes having a high moisture content – up to 98% – it can be challenging to store, occupying lots of space and, in some cases, attracting vermin, so to avoid degradation, weight and volume reduction is achieved through the evaporation of the water.

The outcome is a sterilised, dry, and odourless product, which can be stored for many weeks without putrefaction.

The equipment is also capable of processing cooked and uncooked meat, fish, fruit and vegetables, alongside liquids and small bones, packaged food waste, spoilt and rotten foods, and additional organic materials high in moisture content.
